Following a protocol including best practices ensures trust between the patient and the provider. The body is amazing and can adapt to a lot of things but the practice of medicine is imperfect and not everything can be “fixed”.Providing the proper care ensures that the patient is able to maximize their abilities and we can confirm that when we are doing Best Practices. I see the benefits on a daily basis that doing what is right for each person in front of me ensures that my patients are more successful overall than individuals that do not receive best practices."   Why did you feel compelled to join the Dr. Cliff Approved Provider Network?"As a fellow audiologist, I appreciate that Dr. Cliff has found a way to engage with our patient base and inform them of relevant and honest information that can help them make informed decisions. As a constant learner myself, this is a great way to inform my community that an amazing audiologist that cares about them and provides best practice is in their neighborhood."  What do you like best about Audiology?"I love helping individuals remain social engaged and an active participant in their life!" What was your journey to becoming an Audiologist?"As a neuroscience major, I was on a mission to cure Alzheimer’s as my grandfather had just passed away after a long (and young)battle with it. Through this exploration and meeting with scholars at my university, I became very interested in language and the brain which led to me to learning more about communication sciences and disorders. After taking audiology courses, I found the science to be quite amazing. The emotional and social aspect to audiology care drove me to earn my doctorate in audiology. The marriage between connection and technology is still what drives me each day!"‍‍
