Dr. Jessica Rhodes Dimmick is the President of Hearing Doctors of Iowa and Hearing Doctors of Illinois.  A graduate of Western Illinois University and the University of Kansas Medical Center, Dr. Dimmick initially worked in a series of well-established private practices across the United States.  Recognized as a leader in assisting patients with the fitting of hearing instruments, Dr. Dimmick pursued the dream of building her own private practice from the ground up, starting with the flagship office in Ankeny, Iowa in March 2017.  Through absorption of databases and expansion into her home state of Illinois, by October 2019, Dr. Dimmick had grown her practice to 5 locations spanning 250 miles.   Since the conception of the practice in 2017, Dr. Dimmick has added 5 additional providers as well as support staff to develop the practice into a blend of urban and rural care with an eye on future endeavors to come.

Dr. Dimmick was recognized in 2018 by Fortune, Entrepreneur, and O by Oprah magazine, as a leading woman in business in the Midwest.  She is a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology, a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (FAAA) and has a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) as well as dual licensure in Audiology and Hearing Instrument Dispensing in the states of Iowa and Illinois.
