Richmond Hearing Doctors

Dr. Imajo received her Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and spent several years teaching Kindergarten before making a career change to audiology. She went back to school at the University of Virginia where she obtained her Master’s degree in Audiology. She then obtained her Doctorate degree from Salus University in Pennsylvania. Dr. Imajo has been practicing audiology in Richmond since 2000 and has a special interest in advanced hearing aid technology. After working in an ENT office, she joined a private practice for several years. In 2011, Dr. Imajo decided to become a business owner herself with Richmond Hearing Doctors because she wanted the flexibility to best fit and treat her patients as needed instead of having someone else or a large corporation tell her how to manage patients. Dr. Imajo is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a fellow of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology. She has lived in Richmond for over 40 years and enjoys spending her free time at the river with her husband, son and daughter.
