Custom Tailored Bragi Dash Pro Review | Best Bluetooth Earbuds

One of the biggest problems I have with earbuds is the physical fit.  They just aren't comfortable.  The poor fit of these earbuds also negatively impacts the sound quality.  So when I saw that Bragi teamed up with Starkey Hearing Technologies to make a Custom Molded bluetooth wireless earbuds.

The reason hearing aid wearers can wear their devices all day is because they are custom molded to their ears.  Not only does this make them extremely comfortable, they also fit any ear size.  This also improves the sound quality. What most people don't realize is that sound quality is directly impacted by the fit of a device.  If you have leakage of sound from your ear canal, you will lose Bass sounds.  The new Bragi Dash Pros fix this issue with the ability to custom 3D print the shell using a custom earmold impression done by an audiologist.  Not only can you customize the fit of the devices, you can now customize the sound.

With MiMi Hearing Technologies, you can take a hearing test through the devices and the Bragi App to ensure you maximize the sound to your hearing sensitivity.  This makes a HUGE difference to the sound quality that I was already happy with. You also don't need a smartphone.  You can upload 4 GB of music directly to the Custom Tailored Bragi Dash Pros which is about 1000 songs.

This way, if you are swimming and can't take your phone, you can still listen to music. The Bragi App is also borderline ridiculous.  It allows you to communicate with Alexa or Google by tapping your cheek.  You can change music by tapping the Dash.  You can Answer or Reject calls by shaking your head side to side or up and down.  You can basically track anything involving Swimming, Biking, and Running like Heartrate, Speed, Distance, Cadence, Breathing, Calories, You name it!

Some issues I have with the Bragi Dash Pros is the Bluetooth connectivity.  Since the devices are small, so are the Bluetooth antennas.  Just remember to keep your phone on your right hand side.

Cost is another issue.  Since these devices require an ear mold impression from an Audiologist and custom 3D printing, you are going to spend around $600 for a pair.

If you don't want to spend $600 you can buy the Non-Custom Bragi Dash Pros for around $299 at this link: https://amzn.to/2DwUikxIf the $600 price tag doesn't scare you off, the process to get your custom Bragi Dash Pros is pretty easy.

The Custom Tailored Bragi Dash Pros are by far my favorite bluetooth earbuds on the market.  If you want a perfect fitting Bluetooth wireless earbud with WAY better sound quality and extra features, you may want to give these earbuds a try.
