NEW Made For Android Hearing Aids | ReSound LiNX Quattro Annouoncement

The moment we have all been waiting for is finally here!  Made for Android Hearing Aids!!!GN ReSound and Google recently released a joint press release announcing the new hearing aid the ReSound LiNX Quattro which will eventually have the ability to directly stream from Android devices with the help of Google.Currently, only iPhones are capable of directly streaming to hearing aids without the use of a separate accessory.  

This new hearing aid likely won't have this capability right away.  We will ultimately have to wait for the Android capability.  Regardless, this is likely to shake up the hearing aid industry considering the vast majority of smartphone users have Android devices not iPhone devices.  Some other exciting things are a new faster chip in the LiNX Quattro and lithium rechargeable batteries.  ReSound is expected to keep some of the same features including ReSound Assist and access to its accessory line which is one of the best in the industry.The ReSound Linx Quattro is expected to be officially released in Mid-September.
