By following industry best practices and developing new and effective treatment protocols, your local Best Practice Pro is able to achieve industry-leading patient outcomes.
Working with an Audiologist that follows best practices (just like Dr. Cliff does in his clinics) is the key to a life-transforming hearing care experience. Treating hearing loss properly is complex, and requires a provider willing to invest the time and resources in your optimal hearing results.
Only about 20% of hearing providers follow best practices in audiology...choosing a Best Practice Pro Provider ensures that you will receive hearing care that includes Best Practices -- leading to your best hearing in the situations and with the people that matter the most.
Angela Lederman, MS has completed a thorough 1 on 1 vetting process with Dr. Cliff himself to verify that she follows best practices in patient care.
As an independent Private Practice Audiologist, Angela Lederman, MS will hand-pick the best hearing technology available for your unique needs.

I am honored that you have found me and that you have chosen to learn more about hearing wellness and how I may be able to help you.
My journey to becoming an audiologist is a story I enjoy telling. I spent a summer while in college following a neuro-otologist around and he introduced me to some of his audiologists. I was hooked! I enjoyed the interaction with patients and helping improve the quality of someone’s life through better hearing. To me this was not simply a job, but a calling.
I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Communication Disorders and Sciences from Wayne State University in Detroit. I then received a graduate scholarship and obtained my Master of Science degree in Audiology, also from Wayne State University, in 1994.
I opened Hear Now Audiology in 2018 to provide superb hearing healthcare to metro Detroit. Over the last 25 years I have been fortunate enough to work in many different environments including the VA, ENT offices, hospitals, neurology office, and vestibular management before finding my passion as a Private Practice audiologist specializing in adult hearing aid fittings and tinnitus management. Owning my own practice means I can spend quality time with each individual to help them hear and communicate better. Having seen firsthand that hearing care is not always delivered with the highest quality, I vowed to change that in my office.
About a year after opening, I heard Dr. Cliff Olson speak at a national conference about Best Practices. Best Practices are a set of standards ensuring that your audiologist is using every tool available to fit your hearing loss as precisely as possible. Without using Best Practices(most notably REMS-Real Ear Measures), you are simply guessing as to whether a hearing aid fitting is as good as it can be. Dr. Cliff’s dedication to adhering to Best Practices allowed him to create the Dr. Cliff Approved Provider Network. While I was already using many of these Best Practices in my office, I decided to fully commit to all of them by joining the network. The DCAPN allows me to advertise to potential patients that I adhere myself to the highest standards possible and that they will receive the best quality hearing healthcare while in my office.
I currently live in Capac with my husband, Charlie. I have 3daughters and 2 darling granddaughters, Molly and Lucy. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, working in my vegetable garden, reading, and target shooting.
